The 7-Night Promise

Try the protocol for seven nights. If you don't sleep better than your first night, you don't pay — email us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, and you keep everything you already have. No forms to fill in and nobody to convince.

How to request a refund

Email contact@hellosteadwell.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number and a short note. We usually reply within 12–24 hours on business days.

Nothing to send back

Because your materials are made available to you the moment you order, there is nothing to return by post. Your refund is simply a satisfaction guarantee.

How refunds are issued

Once your request is approved, we refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Fair use

The 7-Night Promise is offered in good faith for genuine buyers. We may decline duplicate, abusive or repeated refund requests, or requests made outside the 30-day window.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
