This website, hellosteadwell.com ("Steadwell", the "Site"), is operated by Alae Capital Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Our product

Steadwell sells The 7-Night Cortisol Reset, an educational wellness workbook and 8-week plan. Access to your materials is provided to you immediately after purchase, to read on your phone or print at home. Our materials are for general education and self-help only and are not medical advice (see our Medical Disclaimer).

4. Orders, prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or an error in price or description. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Access licence and intellectual property

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own personal use. All content on the Site and in our materials (text, design, images, logos) is owned by Alae Capital Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, or make our materials publicly available without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Yukon and Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you locally.
